Francesco P. la Torre

Francesco P. La Torre currently serves as Product Portfolio Marketing Manager EU - Single Port at Intuitive, overseeing the Da Vinci Single Port Product Portfolio in Europe since December 2023. Previously, from August 2021 to November 2023, Francesco held the position of Product Portfolio Manager EIMEA at Accuray, managing the entire product portfolio for the region and collaborating on go-to-market strategies for new product introductions. Francesco also worked as Product Manager for CyberKnife EIMEA, where responsibilities included life cycle management initiatives for CyberKnife products. Prior experience includes roles as Medical Project Manager at EMS - Electro Medical Systems, leading product development projects, and Project Associate at CERN, where Francesco founded NeaSens and led the development of a radon Radiation Dosimetry Sensor network. Academic qualifications include a PhD (Hons) in Applied Physics from the University of Bern, a Master of Advanced Study in Nuclear and Ionizing Radiation Technologies from the University Institute for Advanced Studies of Pavia, and a Master's Degree in Nuclear Physics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
