Herman Soyfer

Herman Soyfer is an experienced project manager with a strong background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Project Manager 3 at Intuitive since May 2025, Herman previously held senior project management roles at Outset Medical, Inc. from January 2021 to January 2025, where key achievements included leading high-priority projects like the diaphragm arterial pressure pod program and the TabloCart accessory. Earlier experience includes engineering project management at Orbotech and internships at NASA Ames Research Center, Nuvoton Technology Corporation, and Shockwave Medical, showcasing expertise in electrical engineering, project scheduling, and cross-functional team leadership.
