Kristopher Yee

Kristopher Yee is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Engineering Manager at Intuitive since May 2017, Kristopher previously held leadership roles as Director of Research and Development at Dextera Surgical Inc. and as Staff R&D Engineer at Cardica, Inc., where key contributions included leading projects in innovative stapling technology. Earlier positions included Senior R&D Engineer roles at Edwards Lifesciences and Maquet Cardiovascular, with a focus on transcatheter heart valve delivery systems and cardiac surgical devices, respectively. Kristopher began the engineering career as an R&D Engineer at Guidant Cardiac Surgery after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a mechanical emphasis from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
