Maxwell Norman

Maxwell Norman is an experienced legal professional specializing in global employment law, currently serving as Director - Global Employment Law (Associate General Counsel) at Intuitive since February 2020. In this role, Maxwell focuses on developing an Employee Relations Center of Expertise, ensuring compliance with worldwide laws, and advising on employment decisions aligned with company culture. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel for Global Employment Law at Sitecore and Senior Counsel for Employment Law at NetApp, where Maxwell provided guidance on employee concerns, conducted investigations, and managed litigation in collaboration with HR. Maxwell also held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel, Employment Law at Forever 21, being the first employment attorney hired and managing a team for global employment matters. Earlier in his career, Maxwell worked as Associate Counsel at Ogletree Deakins and as an attorney at JONES DAY®. Maxwell holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
