Ondina Frate

Ondina Frate is a seasoned professional in product design and data visualization, currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Nuna Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Ondina held various roles, including Research Software Engineer at MIT Media Lab, where user research was conducted for a web-based portal for the Boston community, and Global Health Research Fellow at Merck, leading cross-functional teams in research and product design. Notable achievements include the design of award-winning applications that increased HPV vaccination rates globally. Ondina's extensive background includes co-founding Myx Reality and developing user-centered design projects at prominent companies such as Microsoft and Verizon. Ondina holds multiple degrees, including an MPS in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a Master's in Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
