Ryan Steger is currently a Managing Fellow (VP) in Advanced Product Development at Intuitive. With a Ph.D. in robotic exoskeleton design and an M.S. in 3D haptic interface design from UC Berkeley, Ryan has over 18 years of experience in transforming concepts into commercially successful products across diverse industries including military, automotive, and medical devices. Previous roles at Intuitive include Sr. Director and Sr. Manager in Advanced Product Development, and Ryan has also held positions at Immersion Corporation and Integrated Motions, Inc. Additionally, Ryan has a background in mechanical engineering from Rice University and has studied management technology at the Haas School of Business.
