Varun Naik

Varun Naik is an experienced Quality Engineer currently serving as Quality Engineer 3 in the NPI department at Intuitive since April 2021. Prior to this role, Varun held the position of Quality and Reliability Engineer II at TE Connectivity, where responsibilities included leading quality initiatives in Injection Molding, Stamping, and Plating operations. Varun's experience also encompasses data analytics as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northern Illinois University, along with educational roles such as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Lean Manufacturing and Production Planning.
