Victoria Sanchez-Monroy

Victoria Sanchez-Monroy is a manufacturing engineer with current experience at Intuitive as a Manufacturing Engineer II, effective September 2023. Previously, Victoria served as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Earlens Corporation, where responsibilities included ensuring monthly performance targets on cost reduction, product efficiency, and safety while implementing lean manufacturing principles. Victoria is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a degree in Bioengineering, Biomolecular Engineering and has participated in the LEAD Scholars Program, focusing on academic success and community engagement. Through the Health Innovation Fellowship, Victoria collaborated with professionals on healthcare technology projects. Additional experience includes roles at In-N-Out Burger, Engineers Without Borders USA, and a teaching assistant position at MATH ENRICHMENT SUMMER ACADEMY INC.
