Jose Benitez Genes

Jose Benitez Genes has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Jose began at thyssenkrupp as a Técnico de mantenimiento before moving to Max Maquinas S.A. as the Head of installations of diesel electric generators and industrial machines. In 2016, they also began working at Función Digital as a Project Developer and at Po Paraguay as a Research & Production specialist. In 2018, they joined NutriHuevos as Corporate Affairs and in 2017, they founded Aratiri and served as CTO. In 2019, they founded Intuitivo and became the Director of AI. At Intuitivo, they are working to create an infrastructure for millions of autonomous points of purchase and a unique technological ecosystem to drive retail innovation.

Jose Benitez Genes received their Electrical Engineer degree from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 2018. Jose has also obtained certifications from PyImageSearch in OpenCV Basics in July 2021, and from OpenCV in Computer Vision I (Python).
