Ema Klimaite

Ema Klimaite is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager at INTUS Windows, where responsibilities include managing projects related to high-performing energy-efficient windows and doors since November 2017. As the founder of Bohema Bow Ties, Ema has developed a brand that specializes in handcrafted bow ties for men and women. Previous roles at INTUS Windows included serving as a Marketing Executive, contributing to strategic planning and marketing efforts from 2012 to 2017. Ema's early career featured internships in international business at Precision Marketing Group and teaching English at Kumoh National Institute of Technology. Ema holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from VILNIUS TECH, completed a PMP course at Cornell University, and has extended educational experience at both Kumoh National Institute of Technology and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
