Roopa Rakesh

Roopa Rakesh has held various roles in the field of Human Resources. Roopa started their career as an Assistant Manager - HR at CDS International in January 2003 and worked there until October 2005. Following that, Roopa joined GE Healthcare as an HR Analyst in October 2005 and remained there until November 2010. Roopa then moved to Desha Management & Consultants Pvt Ltd as an HR Director in May 2011 and continued in that position until June 2015. Currently, Roopa is working as an HR Manager at InTWO International, starting in July 2015.

Roopa Rakesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from SSMRV Degree College. Roopa also pursued a Post Graduate program in Human Resources from Indira Gandhi National Open University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In addition to their formal education, Roopa has obtained several certifications in various HR-related fields. These certifications include "Strategic People Management" from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, "Certified HR Business Partner" from Middle Earth HR, "Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding Employees" and "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, "Middle East Labor Law" from upGrad KnowledgeHut-MEA, and "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn. The most recent certification they obtained was "Strategic People Management" in October 2021.
