Andrew Taylor, MBA, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Inuvialuit Regional Corporation since January 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Finance Manager at Moltex Energy (March 2022 - November 2023) and held positions at Trevali as Accounting Supervisor and Financial Analyst (April 2019 - March 2022). Andrew's experience also includes serving as Director of Finance for Kátlódeeche First Nation (January 2019 - February 2019) and Manager of Treasury and Enterprise Risk at NTPC (December 2016 - November 2018), where responsibilities included managing long-term debt and insurance portfolios. Earlier career roles at the Government of New Brunswick spanned from May 2008 to November 2016, with responsibilities such as cash management and forecasting for various financial programs. Additionally, Andrew has experience in academia as an Academic Instructor in Principles of Finance at the University of New Brunswick. Andrew holds an MBA from Saint Mary's University and a BBA in Accounting and Economics from the University of New Brunswick.

Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC) was established in 1984 to manage the settlement outlined in the Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA). The organization represents Inuvialuit interests in dealings with governments and the world at large. The goal at IRC is to continually improve the economic, social and cultural well-being of Inuvialuit through implementation of the IFA and by all other available means. This is accomplished through an operating philosophy of teamwork, dedication and coordination, in both planning and action. IRC's head office is located in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. Over 180 employees (full-time and casual) work for the corporation. Over 80 per cent of staff are Inuvialuit beneficiaries, including those at the senior management level. IRC is committed to increasing the number of employed beneficiaries throughout all levels of the organization.
