Dave Gerrard

Dave Gerrard is an accomplished professional in the agriculture industry with extensive experience in commercial leadership and marketing. Currently serving as the NA Commercial Lead at Invaio Sciences since April 2021, Dave previously operated Shining Rock Consulting LLC, providing commercial consulting services from November 2017 to April 2021. With a solid background at DuPont Pioneer from 2008 to 2017, Dave managed commercial innovation initiatives and led cross-functional teams in financial recoveries. Prior roles include positions at BASF and Solae, LLC, where successful market strategies and distribution networks were developed. Dave holds an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University and multiple degrees from North Carolina State University, including a Master of Science in Quantitative Genetics.
