Gilda Zaragoza is an experienced leader in the real estate and marketing industries, currently serving as CEO of both Invalesco Group and The IN Marketing since December 2024. As CEO of Invalesco Group, Gilda leads a multidisciplinary organization with subsidiaries focusing on real estate development and marketing solutions. Gilda founded Invalesco Real Estate in June 2013, establishing a boutique brokerage that specializes in new development sales and innovative strategies. Previous roles include Broker Associate at Shorewood Real Estate and Vice President at DM Hotels of Denver, Inc., where Gilda managed various operational aspects of hotel properties. Gilda began a career in finance as an Analyst with BlackRock, focusing on international clients. Gilda holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
