Carolyn Coda

Carolyn Coda is currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Co-Chair of Tax and Financial Services Practice at Invariant since December 2018. Prior to that, she held the position of Head of Federal Affairs - Americas Regulatory Affairs at Swiss Re from May 2011 to December 2018. Carolyn has also worked as a Law Clerk at the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Senate Finance Committee, Office of Minority Tax Counsel. In addition, she has experience as a Legislative Assistant for Tax and Budget at the US Dept of Treasury and as a Volunteer at The White House, Office of Presidential Advance. Carolyn holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
