Jenness Simler

Jenness Simler is an accomplished leader in the field of national security, currently serving as Chair of the National Security Practice at Invariant since June 2024. Previously, Simler held various senior vice president roles at Boeing from November 2017 to June 2024, including Vice President of Contested Logistics Solutions and Vice President for Federal Legislative Affairs. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions with the House Committee on Armed Services, where responsibilities included serving as Deputy Staff Director and Staff Director, along with advisory roles in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Simler's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BS in Mathematics from Millsaps College.
