Invasive Species Corporation
The ISC was started by experience, successful entrepreneurs dedicated to the discovery, development & deployment of sustainable biological solutions to control invasive species, increase biodiversity and address climate change. Invasive species have caused over $2 trillion in economic and environmental damage and are the second largest cause of biodiversity loss. Invasive species are getting worse with climate change. We are currently selling Zequanox(r) for control of invasive zebra and quagga mussels in pipes and water bodies. We have a collaboration with the USGS to finish development of Piscamycin(r), a natural product to control invasive carp and other invasive fish. We have a microbial and plant natural product screening platform, guided by AI and machine learning for discovery of microbial natural products to control toxic algae and aquatic and terrestrial weeds.
