Jason Fenton

Jason Fenton is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in healthcare capital markets and equity financing. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of ECM at Cantor Fitzgerald since October 2023, Fenton previously held the position of Head of Healthcare Capital Markets at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and was Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at Cowen and Company. Fenton's expertise includes advising emerging healthcare companies on various equity financings, supervising transaction execution, and maintaining investor relationships. Additional experience includes consulting roles as Interim CFO for Cornerstone Promotion and ETSec, and prior roles at Cowen & Company, The Beekman Group, American Express, and Comstellar Technologies. Fenton holds a BS in Finance and Statistics from NYU Stern School of Business.
