Neeraj Kumar Saraswat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Neeraj began their career as a Teaching Assistant at IIIT Delhi from August 2012 to July 2013. Neeraj then completed an internship at STMicroelectronics, where they worked with the Memory Solution Group and focused on studying, analyzing, and modeling electromigration in SRAMs at 28 nm. During this time, Neeraj developed a novel methodology called "Linear Extrapolation" that was simpler, faster, and had a lower operating cost compared to conventional techniques.
After their internship, Neeraj joined SmartPlay Technologies - An Aricent Company as a Physical Design Engineer from March 2015 to February 2017. Following that, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Senior Hardware Engineer from February 2017 to March 2018. Neeraj was then promoted to Lead Engineer and held that role until January 2019.
Currently, Neeraj is working as a Senior Engineer at INVECAS, where they started in January 2019.
Neeraj Kumar Saraswat pursued their education in a chronological manner. Neeraj started by attending Army School from 1994 to 2004, where they completed their high school education. Following this, from 2005 to 2006, Neeraj studied science at Kendriya Vidyalaya, completing their class 12 education. In 2007, they enrolled in APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, where they studied electronics and communication engineering and earned their Engineer's degree in 2011. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Neeraj pursued a Master's degree in VLSI Design at IIIT Delhi.
