Bharath Munirathinam

Bharath Munirathinam has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Automation Engineer at Invenco. In this position, they are responsible for developing test cases, performing regression tests, and working with cross-functional teams. Bharath also participates in agile planning and provides estimations for testing features. Additionally, they collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and project managers, and conducts feature demos for customers and internal teams. Prior to this, Bharath worked at Honeywell, where they held various roles including Senior Advanced Embedded Engineer, Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, and Engineer. During their time at Honeywell, they managed teams, handled program execution, implemented new features, performed verification and validation activities, and worked as a testing engineer in the Aero-FMS division.

Bharath Munirathinam has a diverse education history, starting with their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Balaji Chockalingam Engineer College, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Before that, they completed their XII level of education, specializing in Computer Science, at Government higher secondary school, Santhavasal from 2005 to 2007. Bharath then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Bharath'seducational journey continued as they enrolled in the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 2021 to 2025, where they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science.

Additionally, Bharath has acquired several certifications throughout their career. These include a CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601) Cert Prep in Cryptography Design and Implementation from LinkedIn in April 2023, Learning Linux Command Line certification from LinkedIn in April 2023, Git from Scratch certification from LinkedIn in February 2023, ISTQB Foundation Exam Prep certification from LinkedIn in January 2023, and a Software Testing Foundations: Continuous Testing and DevOps certification, also from LinkedIn, in January 2023. Furthermore, they obtained an AI For Everyone certification from Coursera in August 2021, and completed various programming courses such as Using Python to Access Web Data and Python Data Structures from Coursera in June 2020 and May 2020 respectively. Bharath also completed the Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) course from Coursera in April 2020. Prior to their academic career, Bharath completed an Aero Ground School Training program from Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Private Limited in August 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Zephyr Enterprise Manual Test Engineer certification from SmartBear in April 2022, and a Zephyr Enterprise QA Lead certification, also from SmartBear, in April 2022.
