Carolyne Prasad has a diverse work experience in various quality assurance and management roles. carolyne is currently working as a Quality Systems Engineer at Invenco. Previously, they served as a Quality, Health & Safety Management Coordinator at Te Whanau O Waipareira from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Administrator at ETEL Ltd. from 2017 to 2018 and as a Quality Assurance Administrator at SKELLERUP RUBBER SERVICES LIMITED in 2016. Carolyne also has experience working at British American Tobacco, where they held the positions of Acting Environment Health And Safety Manager and Team leader Quality Assurance between 2014 and 2016. Their work at sugar industry tribunal fiji as a Sugar Cane Quality Chemist in 2013 involved project supervision and data validation. Carolyne began their career as a lab technologist at Paradise Beverages Fiji Ltd in 2009, where they also took on the role of Quality Assurance Team leader from 2012 to 2013.

Carolyne Prasad completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University, starting in 2005 and finishing in 2008. Later, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Science in Psychology at Massey University, from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Carolyne Prasad is enrolled in Massey University for a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology, which is expected to be completed by 2025. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in Quality Management System and lead Auditor (QMSA) from Andsam Training, although the specific month and year of completion are not available.
