Joy Snow has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources. Currently, they hold the position of VP, People Operations at Invenco by GVR, a subsidiary of Gilbarco Veeder-Root & Vontier. Prior to this, they worked at Gilbarco Veeder-Root for five years as the Head of HR - Insite360, where they played a key role in the growth and success of the SaaS technology platform. Joy was responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational design, change management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Before joining Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Joy spent more than two decades at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held various HR roles.
