Tanmoy Das

Tanmoy Das is a Senior Software Engineering QA Leader at Invenco by GVR since April 2025, overseeing a QA team of over 40 engineers across New Zealand, the US, and India, while establishing QA frameworks and processes. Prior to this role, Tanmoy served as Senior Software QA Leader and QA Architect at Baffle, Inc. from July 2023 to April 2025, where responsibilities included creating a QA-driven test architecture and engineering multiple automation frameworks. Tanmoy's extensive experience began at NetApp, serving as a Software Quality Assurance Architect from June 2006 to April 2023, directing the delivery of significant product releases. Tanmoy's career started as a Software QA Engineer at EMC from July 2004 to June 2006, focusing on QA engineering for storage virtualization solutions. Tanmoy holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore.
