Customer Support Manager at Invenco

Terry Field has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Terry is currently working as a Customer Support Manager at Invenco by GVR since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Insite360, where they held the position of Support Engineer Team Lead from January 2020 to August 2021, and as a Support Engineer from April 2015 to January 2020.

Terry also has experience working at Rolls-Royce, where they took on various roles. From July 2012 to July 2015, they worked as an Application Support Analyst on the US side of the Applications Support Team, with a focus on FMS and PEHM Energy products. Earlier, from October 2010 to June 2012, they served as a Service Support Engineer within the UK side of the Service Support Team, troubleshooting incidents and performing changes on SQL/Oracle and web-based applications. Additionally, from April 2007 to September 2010, Terry worked as a Tools & Systems Specialist in the UK HR Shared Service Centre, providing technical support, maintenance, and systems management for existing tools, as well as developing Excel VBA-based tools and supporting their rollout to regional Shared Service Centres.

Terry Field attended the University of Derby from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Terry obtained a certification in "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
