Dan Tamarkin

Dan Tamarkin is a Senior Manager of Renewable Engineering at Invenergy, beginning in January 2018, specializing in performance and technology for solar and hybrid projects. Dan leads a team of eight engineers in optimizing utility-scale solar and solar-storage hybrid projects across various regions including WECC, ERCOT, SPP, and Canada. With extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, Dan has been the technical lead on over 5 GW of utility-scale solar energy projects throughout the U.S. Prior to Invenergy, Dan served as a Civil/Structural Engineer at Enercon Services, Inc., focusing on the design of structures for nuclear power plants. Dan holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Cum Laude, from Bucknell University.
