Kyle Hermanson

Kyle Hermanson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Invenergy since January 2017, Kyle co-leads the Commercial Transactions team and plays a significant role in strategizing new initiatives, such as launching a solar panel manufacturing joint venture. Previous roles include Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel at Invenergy, as well as Associate Counsel at Votorantim Cimentos, where Kyle focused on legal matters related to construction projects and real estate transactions. At Capital Power Corporation, Kyle served as Legal Counsel, negotiating a wide range of contracts with notable industry counterparts. Kyle holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
