Mateo Gomez

Mateo Gomez is a Senior Manager of Renewable Development at Invenergy, overseeing a team of developers focused on utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Mortenson, where responsibilities ranged from project engineering on the Valley Center Energy Storage project to managing permitting processes and subcontractor activities, as well as field engineering for the Cheyenne Ridge Wind Farm. Earlier experience includes a position in energy efficiency engineering at Xcel Energy and project management with Engineers Without Borders USA. Mateo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
