Senior Director, Project Scada Engineering at Invenergy

Philip Chartier has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in SCADA engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of Project SCADA Engineering at Invenergy since July 2019, Philip has overseen the completion of 7,126 MW of wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems by January 2025. Prior to this role, Philip held various positions at GE Renewable Energy, including Senior SCADA Engineering Manager and Senior SCADA Project Engineer, where notable achievements included leading the Onsite Services Team for Control and Electrical Systems and commissioning the first North American installation of the GE 2.X MW wind turbine. Philip also has a foundation in wind tunnel testing and research from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering was earned.
