Rolanda Shine

Rolanda Shine is the Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets at Invenergy. Rolanda has over fifteen years of experience in the finance industry, specializing in distributed generation, sale-leasebacks, term debt, project/program management, risk analysis, Puerto Rico, US, Spain.

Rolanda began their career as a Junior Professional Associate at the World Bank Group in June 2002. Rolanda then moved to Delphos International as an Associate from November 2003 to January 2007. In January 2007, they joined SMBC Leasing and Finance, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President and structured finance for Latin America until December 2008.

In April 2008, Rolanda joined SunEdison as the Director of Project Finance and Business Development. During their six years with the company, they raised $500MM in tax equity term debt for utility and DG solar assets. Rolanda was also responsible for driving projects to successful financial close through creative problem solving. Rolanda worked alongside the D&E, EPC, and interconnection teams during their time at SunEdison. The installations they were involved with ranged from 50kw rooftop to 4MW ground mount systems.

Rolanda joined Invenergy in May 2014 and is currently the Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets.

Rolanda Shine received their BA in Music from Rice University and their Masters in International Economics/Latin American Studies from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Rolanda Shine reports to Meghan Schultz, SVP, Finance & Capital Markets. They are on a team with Brian Bortman - VP, Finance & Capital Markets, Richard Biederman - VP, Finance & Capital Markets, and Gabriel Monroy - VP, Finance & Capital Markets.
