Larry Corbett

Larry Corbett has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Larry currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Controller at Inveniam Capital Partners since December 2019. Prior to that, they founded Tebrock David, LLC in 2017 and served as the Head of Finance and Operations.

From 2013 to 2017, Larry worked at Apollo Group, where they held the positions of Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and VP of IT Finance. During their time at Apollo Group, they were responsible for various financial planning processes, treasury functions, cash flow forecasts, and investor relations analytics.

Before joining Apollo Group, Larry spent a year as the VP of Global IT Finance at Hewlett-Packard from 2011 to 2012. There, they managed a team responsible for all global IT financial activities and developed models to increase IT cost transparency and streamline financial processes.

Larry's career at JP Morgan Chase started in 2006, where they held multiple roles, including Controller for Real Estate Project Accounting and Divisional Finance Officer for Business Technology Finance at WaMu. Larry managed controlling processes for various real estate projects, including the renovation of the corporate headquarters.

Larry's early career includes a director-level position at Tech Data Corporation, where they served as the Director of Global IT Finance and Activity Based Costing. Larry was a finance business partner to the Global CIO and oversaw domestic activity based costing.

Lastly, Larry worked at Tropicana as a Cost Accounting Supervisor from 1996 to 1999. Larry was responsible for the close of the Cost Accounting system, maintenance of Bills of Material, and acted as a financial business partner to the VP of Procurement.

Larry Corbett completed their Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville, which they attended from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate education at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1981 to 1985, although the specific degree and field of study were not provided. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA in May 1987.
