Michael Ward

Michael Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and investment analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director of Corporate Development at Inveniam since December 2024, Michael previously co-founded Hedgehog, which was acquired by Inveniam Capital Partners, Inc. in the same month. Between March 2017 and June 2021, Michael worked as an Investment Analyst at Polar Capital, formerly known as Dalton Strategic Partnership. Prior to that, Michael held positions at Goldman Sachs, first as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division from July 2012 to March 2017, and as a Summer Analyst in the Securities Division in June-September 2011. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Princeton University and participated in a Study Abroad Programme in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford.
