Tuqa Shaheen

Tuqa Shaheen is currently working as a SAP Service Delivery Manager at invenioLSI since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tuqa worked as a Senior SAP C4C Sales and Service Consultant at Geidea from May 2021 to January 2023. With experience as a SAP CX Consultant at Wadi Degla Clubs Company S.A.E. and EOH, Tuqa also completed a postgraduate diploma in Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute in 2017. Tuqa also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone Global Enterprise in 2015. Tuqa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, and Management from Helwan University Cairo.
