Paul Dominski

Paul Dominski is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as CEO of River Bet Consulting since June 2013, Paul focuses primarily on coaching leaders and managing a human resources practice that spans various industries. In parallel roles as Sr Advisor at Invenshure, LLC, and ANSR Group, Paul provides strategic guidance to foster company growth and establishment of offshore services. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Best Buy, where Paul directed HR strategies for a major retailer, and multiple leadership roles at Target, where Paul managed extensive HR teams and led significant operational changes. Paul holds a BA in English from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
