Efim Gerasimov

Efim Gerasimov has a strong background in quality assurance (QA).

- Efim is currently working at Invent.us as the Head of QA, a role they have held since March 2022. As Head of QA, Efim is responsible for managing the QA team and its activities, developing QA processes and procedures, and ensuring overall quality and performance levels of the solutions. Efim also provides support to the SCRUM Master, Project Manager, and Product Owner.

- Prior to their current position, Efim worked at Invent.us as a QA Lead from January 2019 to March 2022. In this role, they managed the day-to-day activities of the QA team, including scheduling and managing ongoing projects. Efim also directly worked on QA tasks while overseeing and directing the teams.

- Before joining Invent.us, Efim worked at EGAR Technology as a Senior QA Analyst from May 2018 to January 2019.

- Earlier in their career, Efim worked at Bell Integrator, where they held multiple roles. Efim served as a Senior QA Analyst from September 2017 to May 2018 and as a Middle QA Analyst from September 2016 to September 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a QC Engineer from January 2016 to August 2016.

Efim Gerasimov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Fundamental computer science and information technology from Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky. Efim completed their studies at the university from 2011 to 2015.
