David Nichols

David Nichols is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in event management and community service. As the Co-Founder and President of Inventa, an event and experiential agency established with Brent Nichols, David has played a pivotal role in creating impactful events since 1996. Notably, David served as the Senior Strategic Lead for VANOC's Torch Relay team from 2008 to 2010, successfully orchestrating 186 celebrations during the 2010 Olympic Torch Relay across Canada. Additionally, David is the Co-Founder and Volunteer Co-Chair of KidSport Vancouver, where efforts focus on ensuring that all children have the opportunity to participate in organized sports. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Beedie School of Business and Simon Fraser University.
