Milena C. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2019 with a role as a volunteer research assistant at UFRJ - Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. In 2020, they held a role as an administrative intern at Ortobom. In 2021, they worked as a social media intern at ziluu. Currently, they are a junior social media analyst at Inventa.

Milena C. has an extensive educational background. Milena began their studies in 2017 at the CCAA, where they obtained a Teacher's Course in English Language and English Literature. From 2017 to 2022, Milena attended the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they received a Licenciatura in Geography. In 2021 and 2022, Milena attended Isabela Matte Academy and obtained a Comunidade Conexão Digital in Digital Marketing and Media.
