Willian Nacci

Willian Nacci has over 10 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados as an Analista de Inteligência de Negócios e Remuneração Sênior, where they were responsible for carrying out studies of remuneration, analyzing salary surveys, developing and maintaining salary tables, and ensuring the accuracy of bonus and PLR programs. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at St Marche as a Coordenador de Remuneração e Benefícios. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Taji Consultoria e Assessoria Ltda as a Consultor de Recursos Humanos, where they were responsible for conducting and executing research and benefit projects, developing job descriptions and salary curves, and providing technical guidance to interns. Currently, they are employed at Inventa as a People Manager, where they are responsible for maintaining and updating the salary policy, developing and interpreting dashboards, ensuring the correct calculation of payroll, and supporting the development of the team.

Willian Nacci has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, which they completed between 2010 and 2013, with a field of study in Business Administration. Willian also has a Pós Graduação em Gestão Estratégica de Negócios from the same university, which they completed between 2017 and 2018.
