Rashmi Yadav

Rashmi Yadav is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and various HR functions. Currently employed at Inventcolabs since January 2024, Rashmi handles responsibilities such as setting objectives for the HR team, managing leave and payroll, overseeing joining and exit formalities, and implementing policies that promote a healthy work environment. Prior to this role, Rashmi worked at Pairroxz Technologies from December 2019 to January 2024, focusing on recruitment for various senior and junior-level positions. Rashmi holds an Executive MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology.
