Lawrence Chen

Lawrence CHEN is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and product development across the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of DQA at 英業達 since June 2022, Lawrence previously held the role of Head of Quality Management at Simplo Technology from January 2019 to June 2022, overseeing comprehensive quality functions. Lawrence's background includes senior management positions at Thunder Power (TPEV), where responsibilities involved development of electric vehicles, and leadership roles at Lorom Cable & System Design, TAIKOO MOTORS GROUP, Prince Motor Co., LTD, and Ford Motor Company, contributing to various automotive projects and regulatory compliance. Academically, Lawrence has earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, an MBA from Royal Roads University, and is currently pursuing further studies in Industrial Engineering at National Taiwan University. Additionally, Lawrence holds qualifications as an IATF-16949 Lead Auditor.
