Srinivas Chidambaram

Srinivas Chidambaram is a Nominee Director of our Company and has been nominated by NYLIM Jacob Ballas India Fund III LLC. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, India. He has over 31 years of total experience, including 27 years in the financial services industry of which 22 years are in private equity investments. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Jacob Ballas Capital India Private Limited, a leading India focused private equity firm based in New Delhi. He has previously served with HSBC Private Equity (Asia) and its affiliates in Hong Kong and India, responsible for private equity investments in India and South East Asia. He has also served in the information technology industry with HCL Technologies Limited, responsible for financial institution relationships in the USA. He commenced his career with SRF Finance Limited where he was responsible for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, based in Bombay. He has been a Nominee Director on our board since November 2, 2020.
