Çağlayan Yıldırım

Çağlayan Yıldırım has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Currently, Yıldırım is serving as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Multinet | UP since April 2022. Prior to this, Yıldırım worked at Inventiv, where they held several positions, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from April 2016 to present, Head Of Product Management from April 2020 to April 2022, Principal Product Manager from September 2018 to April 2020, and Product Manager from September 2018 to October 2019.

Yıldırım also has experience in leadership roles, having served as the Issuing Unit Head at Inventiv from January 2017 to September 2018, Development Team Lead at Inventiv from May 2016 to January 2017, Development Team Lead at Multinet | UP from December 2013 to May 2016, and Development Team Lead at Minti Games from September 2012 to December 2013.

Prior to these roles, Yıldırım worked as a Project Lead at Yurtici Kargo from July 2010 to April 2012, Senior Software Developer at ACM from October 2008 to July 2010, and Software Developer at TNR Bilgi İşlem ve Danışmanlık from June 2008 to September 2008.

Çağlayan Yıldırım completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bahcesehir University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they attended Sakarya University from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued Computer Engineering. Çağlayan completed their high school education at Nazilli Lisesi from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Yıldırım has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2019, they received a certification in Gamification from Gamification Academy. Çağlayan also holds certifications in Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, which they obtained in August 2019 and July 2019 respectively. Yıldırım also received a certification in User Experience Design & Usability from UXservices in June 2019. Lastly, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2010.
