Fabrice GUILLIER has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

From 2012 to present, they work at Inventiva Pharma as a Senior Scientist and Project Leader. During this time, they have been responsible for the Drug Substance activities of a clinical phase II compound, overseeing its GMP production and compliance. Fabrice has also served as a Project Leader for external Medicinal Chemistry collaborations, resulting in the issuance of patents. Additionally, Fabrice has led internal discovery projects focused on Epigenetics and Nuclear Receptors.

Prior to joining Inventiva Pharma, Fabrice worked at Laboratoire Fournier, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, and Abbott Laboratories from 2003 to 2012. In this role as a Scientist and Group Leader, they set up a parallel synthesis laboratory and supervised the design, development, and production of exploratory libraries for the corporate collection enrichment. Fabrice also managed outsourcing chemistry services with partners around the world.

Before their position at Laboratoire Fournier, Fabrice was a Chemist Leader and Co-Founder of Euroclide S.A. from 2001 to 2003. This small biotech company focused on producing libraries of fluorescent compounds for FRET based assays.

Prior to Euroclide S.A., Fabrice worked as an Ingénieur de Recherche at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from 2000 to 2001, where they were involved in the process validation and industrialization of a FRET based assay technology.

Earlier in their career, Fabrice worked as a Research Associate at Agouron Pharmaceuticals from 1999 to 2000, where they were part of an advanced chemistry technology group. Fabrice also gained experience as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Southampton from 1996 to 1999.

Fabrice Guillier started their education in 1987 at IUT de Rouen, where they earned a DUT Chimie degree in the field of Chemistry. Fabrice then pursued further studies at Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Organic Chemistry and Fine Chemicals. Following that, from 1993 to 1996, Guillier attended Université de Rouen, where they completed their Doctorat de Chimie Organique with a specialization in Organic Synthesis.
