Head of Biology and Pharmacology at Inventiva Pharma

Guillaume Wettstein has a diverse range of work experience in the field of biology and pharmacology. Guillaume is currently the Head of Biology and Pharmacology at Inventiva Pharma, a position they have held since April 2022. Before their industry and association experiences, Guillaume gained research experience as a Research Trainee at the University of Liverpool (Physics department) from March 2007 to August 2007, where they focused on charge transport through a DNA molecule and scanning tunneling microscopy. Guillaume also completed an industrial trainee position at Biom'up from February 2006 to September 2006.

Prior to their PhD, Guillaume pursued a Master's research degree at the University of Liverpool, where they focused on the physical analysis of biological interactions at surfaces, which they completed from 2006 to 2007. Earlier in their academic journey, Guillaume earned a DESS (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées) in Technologies and Projets in Biochemistry Engineering from the Université de Bourgogne from 2005 to 2006. Guillaume'seducational foundation in biochemistry began with a master's degree at the same institution, completed in 2004.
