Vishnu Thyagarajan

Vishnu Thyagarajan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vishnu is currently a Member at FirstGeneration since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the COO & Co-Founder of Inventr from September 2021. Vishnu also worked as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners starting from October 2019.

Vishnu held significant positions at Brightflag, where they served as the Vice President of Customer Success from March 2020 to September 2021. Vishnu played a crucial role in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to legal operations management software, helping corporate legal teams streamline workflows and engage with outside counsel more efficiently.

Vishnu worked at Cloudera for several years in various roles, including Regional Leader of Customer Success, Senior Manager of Customer Success & Proactive Support, Senior Manager of Proactive Support, Manager of Proactive Support, and Proactive Support Engineer. Through these positions, Vishnu successfully implemented customer success models, contributed to sales enablement strategies, and enhanced operations for customers through proactive support capabilities.

Before their time at Cloudera, Vishnu gained valuable experience at GE, where they worked in different roles. Vishnu served as an IT Project Manager - Corporate Insurance, Risk & Capital Markets from August 2010 to February 2012. Vishnu also completed GE's Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP), which involved four rotations focusing on technology solutions in areas such as legal systems, application services, Postpath pilot, and Treasury IT PMO.

Vishnu's career journey began with an internship as a GE IMLP Intern in 2007. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in customer success, strategic leadership, project management, and technology solutions across various industries.

Vishnu Thyagarajan attended Virginia Tech from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Business Information Technology with a focus on Business IT.
