Joyner Fernandes

Joyner Fernandes has a wealth of experience in the financial and human resources fields. From 2014-2015, they were a Summer Intern at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai, where they completed a project on employee satisfaction and analyzed the exits in the company. From 2015-2016, they were a Burgundy - Affluent Relationship Manager at Axis Bank Ltd, where they reviewed individual account relationships to determine the banking and investment needs of clients, offered appropriate Wealth Management Solutions, developed and managed relationships with affluent clients, and participated in events to meet current and prospective clients. From 2016-present, they have been the Human Resource Manager at Inventrom.

Joyner Fernandes completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Human Resources Management from Goa Institute of Management (GIM) in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering from Shree Rayeshwar Institute of Engineering and Information Technology in 2012.
