Colin Hartzell

Colin Hartzell has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and portfolio analysis. Colin currently holds the position of Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at InvenTrust Properties Corp. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Brookfield Properties and as VP of Financial Planning and Control at GK Development, Inc. Colin also has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, having held various roles at GGP, including VP, Sr. Director, and Manager of Portfolio Analysis. Colin began their career as an Associate at Huron Consulting Group, where they gained experience in government cost realism analysis and financial statement carve-outs. Colin also worked as a Senior Accountant at Equity Office Properties and as an Associate at Deloitte, where they performed accounting and reporting tasks for real estate entities.

Colin Hartzell attended Valparaiso University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Accounting. Colin later obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from The Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) in March 2006.
