Lauren Suva

Lauren Suva has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They began their career in 2004 at Berlin Packaging, where they held various roles including Human Resource Coordinator, Human Resource Generalist, Manager of Human Resources, and Director of Talent Acquisition. In 2017, Suva joined InvenTrust Properties Corp. as the Senior Director of Human Resources and later progressed to become Vice President of Human Resources and then Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Chief Talent Officer at InvenTrust Properties Corp.

Lauren Suva earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Marquette University, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Lauren also completed the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2012. Before attending Marquette University, Lauren Suva attended Lyons Township Highschool.
