The leadership team at Inventure has a long history of experience in the talent and consulting industry. They have worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including R&R Talent Advisors, Compensate, Swappie, and Yousician. They also have experience as board members for 12traits, Nordigen, and Howspace. All members of the team have completed degrees from some of the most prestigious universities in the world, including California State University, Long Beach, University of Tampere 1925-2018, Aalto University, and University of Helsinki.
