Saleha Ehtesham

Saleha Ehtesham is an Account Program Manager at Inventus Power since July 2017, overseeing multiple accounts and managing new product innovation and sustaining programs across military, medical, and commercial sectors. Saleha leads cross-functional teams, organizes meetings, tracks budgets, and coordinates customer communications while also conducting process audits internationally. Previously, Saleha held the position of Manufacturing Process Engineer at Inventus Power, where a transition from Industrial Engineering intern to full-time role was achieved by successfully managing a significant project relocating an SMT line. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Industrial Engineering intern at Hydro, Inc. and an Operations intern at PCTEL. Saleha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and has a High School Diploma from Streamwood High School.
