Mark Radcliffe

Mark Radcliffe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and technology management. Currently serving as Customer Services Manager and IS Manager at Invercargill City Council since March 2018, Mark previously held roles at Southland District Council as Team Leader of ICT Service Delivery, and at SBS Bank as Innovation Manager and Technology Services Engineer.
